Forklift Reach Novice Training

This training course has been tailored and designed for beginners to specifically train candidates in the use and safe operation of a Forklift truck, to afford candidates proper practice and the techniques of safe driving. The candidates knowledge will be examined and tested to acceptable levels demonstrating good common practice, knowledge and technique skills.

The Reach Forklift Training Course teaches the candidates the exact level that they need to be at to safely operate the forklift to RTITB standard.

The course syllabus meets the requirements of RTITB standard for forklift operators. All participants undergo an examination conducted by an independent examiner and on successful competition are registered as trained Fork truck drivers.

Course Content:

• Operators safety code.
• Daily inspection.
• Take over & maintenance.
• Hydraulic systems.
• Operating systems.
• Controls and instruments.
• Starting, stopping and steering.
• Corners & maneuvering

On successful completion of the course, delegates will receive an RTITB approved certificate and license.

Forklift Training should be updated every three years.
