The Covid-19 Specific National Protocol for Employers and Workers, clearly states that each employer must appoint a Covid-19 lead worker representative to work alongside them to assist in the monitoring of adherence to preventive measures relative to the control of covid-19 in their workplace, The aim of this course is to give each learner the skills,knowledge and attidtude, to be able to undertake the role of lead worker Representative in a safe and efficient manner.
